Reliability

Interpreter profile

The majority of our medical interpreters meet the following criteria:

They are screened, tested and certified to do medical interpretation.
They have taken 40 hours of medical interpreting courses.
They have a minimum of 100 hours of interpreting experience.

In addition, they are audited by InterpreNet’s language supervisors to ensure quality and continuous improvement. All our interpreters are also required to sign an agreement with InterpreNet requiring them to maintain confidentiality of information acquired during an assignment, including PHI, and to comply with InterpreNet’s HIPAA policy.
